Q. Can I work on my emails off-line?
A. Yes. You can download your email and documents to your local computer (eg. via Outlook). You can then organize and work on them off-line, updating the documents or composing your replies. When you next connect to the Exchange server any outgoing messages will be sent and the folder views synchronized.

Q. Can I increase or decrease the number of users I require on a monthly basis?
A. Yes. We license Exchange server on a per user basis with Microsoft. Therefore if you wish to add an additional user or users in a month we simply create the new user details on our Active Directory servers for your domain.

Q. How Do I migrate my old email?
A. You can connect to both your PST file and Hosted Exchange simultaneously and drag and drop your email onto the server. Or go to File|Import and export and select Import from another Program or file.
